Express Diet– 5 kilos in a week

Express diets are designed to achieve rapid fat burning. Therefore, you lose weight and points in your body in a very short time. In general, one would say that express diets can not be characterized as the most balanced ones, because weight loss should be a gradual process. Despite this, many women want to follow an effective diet in order to lose quickly excess fat and points, so as to look prettier. There are many reasons, a woman wants to get round to that as fast as possible, such as a forthcoming reception, or a wedding, or a graduation ceremony, or an important date, etc. Below we present you an express diet which promises a 5 kilo weight loss within a week.

The following express diet is easy, but you should follow the instructions to the point. It is advisable not to follow this diet longer than it is indicated.

Express diet – Breakfast

Eat breakfast every day. Drink a glass of coffee or tea. Then you can choose only 1 fruit, 1 source of protein and 1 source of carbohydrate of the following lists:

Fruit

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 kiwis
  • 80gr pineapple
  • 80gr strawberries

Protein

  • 2 tablespoons fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 85gr tuna
  • 75gr white cheese
  • 40gr peanuts without salt

Carbohydrate

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 5 tablespoons sugar free muesli
  • 5 tablespoons sugar free cereal with fruit

Express diet – Lunch

As in breakfast, but this time you can choose 2 fruits or vegetables, 1 source of protein and 1 source of carbohydrate. Try to make different combinations every day.

Fruit or vegetable

  • 80gr carrots, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, grapes, pineapple, apple or orange

Protein

  • 100gr fish (mackerel, salmon)
  • 100gr red meat
  • 150gr chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 100gr low fat cheese

Carbohydrate

  • 100gr spaghetti
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 slices bread
  • 125gr beans

Express diet – Dinner

You can eat 3 portions either fruit or vegetables, 1 portion of protein and 1 portion of carbohydrate. For your dinner, use the same food list as in lunch.

Tips for express diet

You should not use oil or sauce. Drink plenty of water every day. After a few days without sugar neither in your coffee nor in any other meal or drink, your body will get used to that. Avoid drinking alcohol, because it fills you with unnecessary calories. Avoid using salt in your meals because it withholds body’s fluids and it is also associated with various diseases.
