  5. If you want to eat something sweet, then prefer to eat some fruit which is rich in fiber like a fig, some grapes or an apricot.
  6. Use cinnamon in your diet and reduce your appetite for sweet food. Moreover, cinnamon gives nice flavor in several dishes.
