  • 1 avocado,
  • ¼ cup aloe vera (store-bought gel or gained directly from the plant’s leaves),
  • ¾ cup whole whipping cream and
  • 3 drops of grapefruit’s essential oil.

Preparation:

Peel of the avocado. Put its inner inside a blender and work it for some seconds. Pure whole cream and aloe vera into a clean pot and heat them until the first boil. Take them away from the heat and wait 1 – 2 minutes to cool down. Put avocado’s paste into the liquid mixture. Add 3 drops of grapefruit’s essential oil and stir a bit.

Wrap tightly this part of your body with a plastic film (the one you may have in your kitchen). Wait as much as you can or at least for 30 minutes. Unwrap yourself, wipe your belly and… voila!
